Victoria Sponge

This show-stopping cake is 3 layers of light vanilla sponge, drizzled with vanilla syrup and filled with vanilla syrup, homemade raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream. It’s topped with fresh berries and edible flowers. Serve with a fresh marscapone cream if you’re feeling extra!

This cake will serve approx. 20 slices and is best served on the day due to the fresh fruit but will keep in the fridge for a couple of days.
