Our cinnamon bun is light and fluffy, made with our croissant dough and layered generously with cinnamon butter and orange zest. We then give it a coat of cinnamon sugar. These can easily be re-heated on Christmas Day and will taste just as fresh.
Ingredients: Flour, sugar, salt, malt, yeast, cinnamon, orange zest.
